Nervous about presenting at Pitch-A-Pro?
Have no fear, pitching expert James Dalessandro is here! He will listen to your 2–3-minute pitch and give you feedback on what you may need to improve to get the industry pro's attention.
James will be joined by his close friend Pamela Wallace, Oscar-winning screenwriter of WITNESS with Harrison Ford. Pamela has also published 25 novels and had a dozen movies produced. She and James have done several large screenwriting conferences together and teamed up to help writers pitch and perfect their screenplays.

James is the author of two national bestselling books, 1906:A Novel and Citizen Jane, and is the screenwriter of both. He has sold or been hired on more than 30 film and TV projects, including five TV series in which he served as showrunner during development. Lew Hunter - Dean of the UCLA Masters Screenwriting program and author of Screenwriting 434 - called James "the greatest pitch man alive."
Pamela is a screenwriter/producer/novelist who has won an Academy Award, Writers Guild of America Award, and Mystery Writers of America Award for Best Original Screenplay for co-writing the movie Witness. She won a CAMIE (Character and Morality in Entertainment Award) for writing the Hallmark film Love’s Unending Legacy.
Her current projects include a Christmas romantic comedy, a historical sports drama about iconic Native American athlete Jim Thorpe, a horror story about a
“death doula,” and an action thriller about a female army veteran who was one of the first women to become a Ranger.
